At RL Dialer, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and ensuring the confidentiality of their personal information. This privacy policy applies to the use of our internal employee app (the "RL Dailer"). The App is designed for internal employee use only.

  • From finding the list of customers in one place to submitting their documents digitally, this app can make it all possible.

  • With the benefits of Call Management, Streamlining Status Updates, Reminder notifications, to Secure Data Handling, this App can make the employee's performance more efficient.

Collection of Personal Data

    RL Dialer is an app designed specifically for employees working at ReferLoan, enabling them to efficiently organize and manage their assigned calls to customers. In order to improve our services, we collect certain personal data from our employees through the App. This includes call logs, files and doc permission, photos, and device ID. We collect this data after taking prior consent from the employees for specific purposes and storing it in our servers for a limited period of time. The call log data is collected for the purpose of checking and maintaining the service quality and the App’s functionality.

Data We Collect and its Purpose

  • Call Log Data:  We use the call log data to check our employees' performance. Collecting the call data helps us to understand the ongoing time frames of employees on call along with analyzing the quality of the same.

  • Contact Number:  We collect the user’s contact number for the purpose of logging them in the App. Collecting the user’s phone number is also required to send the login OTP on the same.

  • Files and Docs:   We use the files and doc permission to provide app functionality. It helps the app to build an organized database and run the process smoothly.

  • User Image:  The app asks for permission for image access with the purpose of updating the user’s profile. Images are also collected from the customers in the form of documents or their own pictures. The pictures might also be used in their preferred product application process in the future.

  • Device ID:  The app may ask for a device ID permission to avoid any sort of unauthorized data access or information breach

  • *All access will be taken with the consent of the user*

Brief Purpose of Collected Data

Purpose of Data Collected in Call Log:  

  • Our app requires access to the user's call log to provide essential features such as call management and lead tracking.

  • We only collect call log information that is necessary for the proper functioning of the RL Dialer.

  • We also use the same to analyze and evaluate the performance of the user (RL Employee) based on the duration and quality of their call.

  • We use the call logs of the users to give them better suggestions and help them perform better during calls with potential clients.

  • Once the call logs are evaluated the data is forwarded to the CRM.

  • Purpose of Data Collected in Files:  

    • Customer Documents:   The app will collect and store documents provided by customers, such as identification cards, financial statements, and other relevant files. These documents are essential for processing customer’s desired financial solutions and verifying customers' identities.

    • User’s Image:   The app will collect and store images, including customer and employee profile pictures, to enhance the user experience and facilitate identification within the app along with updating their profile picture.

      Purpose of User Image Collection  

    • User’s Image:   User images are collected at the time of registration for the purpose of profile updation. The app asks the user (employees) to submit images for the purpose of updating the user’s account display pictures. The documents of the customers can also be received in the form of images for the further use of the product application process.

  • Pictures:   The app will ask the user to submit their pictures for the purpose of user’s profile picture updation.

    • Purpose of Data Collected through Device ID:  

    • User’s Device ID:   User images are collected at the time of registration for the purpose of profile updation. The app asks the user (employees) to submit images for the purpose of updating the user’s account display pictures. The documents of the customers can also be received in the form of images for the further use of the product application process.

    • Data Usage  

      Customer Documents:   The customer documents collected will be processed and stored locally on the user's device. These documents will be securely accessed and used solely for the purpose of verifying customer identities and processing financial service applications, without any third-party breach.

      Images Data:   The image data collected will also be processed and stored locally on the user's device. It will be used to update and display profile pictures within the app to improve user recognition and interaction.

    • Data Sharing:   We do not share any user data, including customer documents and images, with any third parties. All collected data is used exclusively within the RL Dailer app for the specified purposes mentioned above.

    • User Consent:   By using the RL Dailer app, users explicitly consent to the collection and storage of their customer documents and image data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy.

      Users will be prompted to provide consent during the app's onboarding process and no data will be collected without the prior consent of the user(employee) or the customer.

    Protection of Personal Data

      We take reasonable measures to protect the personal data we collect through the App. This includes implementing access controls and conducting regular security audits. By having a complete customer profile we are able to give them our highest level of customer service. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

    Sharing of Personal Data

      We do not share personal data collected through the App with any third parties. All the data collected will be initiated for the organization’s internal use only. We don’t distribute this information to anyone and all the call logs are their timings are stored in our secured server itself. All the information (phone numbers and timings) is used by our own company with is ReferLoan Private Limited

    User Rights

      Employees have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data that we collect through the App. Employees also have the right to object to certain types of data processing. The easiest way to exercise your rights is by filling out our data subject request form available or by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

    UPDATE

    • The sole purpose of the App is business & enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) and internal enterprise functionality management.

    • The app will ask for permission to Read Call Logs and Process Outgoing Call log

    • Contact details of the consumers (customers) will be shared with the employees through the app.

    • The employee will be able to call the leads (contacts) through the app

    • The app will store the employee’s call data with the purpose of ensuring and managing the service quality
